Chaska River City Days Triathlon

The race begins with a 1/3 mile swim in Fireman's Park Lake, then switches to a 16 mile bike ride through the countryside between Chaska and Victoria. The race ends with a 3.1 mile run (uphill for the 1st mile).
Stick around following the race to enjoy the awards ceremony. A catered brunch will be served at 9:15. We hope to see you there!
1/3 mile out-and-back route in Fireman's Park Lake, a well-protected public swim area. The start/finish line is at the public beach. Wet suits are optional, with no restrictions.
An elite wave (expected finish time of 1:25 and under) will start, followed shortly thereafter by a time trial start of athletes, one every three seconds.
A 16 mile loop route around the countryside between Chaska and Victoria. All participants are required to wear an ANSI/Snell approved cycling helmet.
3.1 mile out-and-back with a loop route on Highway 41. Return to finish in Fireman's Park.

Packet pick up will be 12 noon to 6 p.m. on July 18 at St. Francis Rehab and Athletic Performance, 1661 Park Ridge Dr, Chaska. This is located in the Chaska Community Center, far left entrance marked "HEALTH".
Packet pick up will also be available beginning at 6:00 a.m. on race day when the transition area opens. Chip pick up will be on race day.
Chaska is located in the southwest metro area, 15 miles west of Interstate 494 on Minnesota State Highway 212. Fireman's Park is at the intersection of Highway 41 (Chestnut Street) and Chaska Boulevard. Parking is available around the park area.
