The Chaska River City Days Triathlon is entering it's 6th year in 2009. Proceeds raised from this year's race will benefit youth recreation programs in City of Chaska.

The race begins with a 1/3 mile swim in Fireman's Park Lake, then switches to a 16 mile bike ride through the countryside between Chaska and Victoria. The race ends with a 3.1 mile run (uphill for the 1st mile).
Stick around following the race to enjoy the awards ceremony, and catered lunch. We hope to see you there!
- Swim
- 1/3 mile out-and-back route in Fireman's Park Lake, a well-protected public swim area. The start/finish line is at the public beach. Wet suits are optional, with no restrictions.
- Cycle
- A 16 mile loop route around the countryside between Chaska and Victoria. All participants are required to wear an ANSI/Snell approved cycling helmet.
- Run
- 3.1 mile out-and-back with a loop route on Highway 41. Return to finish in Fireman's Park.
Race Registration
Registration starts at 6:00 am on Saturday.
Fees
- Individual Entries — $50
- Relay Teams — $75
Online registration is available at Midwest Events. You may also print and mail a paper registration form.
Your canceled check is your receipt. No refunds will be issued.
Waiting List and Cancellations
A waiting list will be compiled if race participation limits are reached. The cancellation policy is available via e-mail.

Chaska is located in the southwest metro area, 15 miles west of Interstate 494 on Minnesota State Highway 212. Fireman's Park is at the intersection of Highway 41 and Highway 212. Parking is available around the park area.
